We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. ```Responsibilities```
- Assist with food preparation and cooking
- Handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders and answering questions
- Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow all company policies and procedures
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of culinary techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
