- Using the Team app, I provide my team with updates, set goals and track productivity.

- lead all associates in the absence of the coach and store manager.
- attend monthly store meetings and communicate important information back to my team.
- have weekly discussions with my team to discuss the improvement of team productivity.
- tour my area in with my team associates and coach.
- validate work is complete and the team is focused on current goals.
- empower associates to take ownership of their work.
- remove roadblocks for my team.
- create development plans for my associates and manage their performance.
- recognize associates for a job well-done!
