Team Lead Cleaner

We are looking to hire a highly qualified individual to act as the Team Lead for a team of cleaners. As a Team Lead you would be responsible for the cleaning of one building as well as communicating with the facility contact on a regular basis.

For this role you must be available to work Saturdays from 6pm-10pm and Sundays from 9pm-1am. You will also be expected to have a weekly 1 hour meeting with the facility contact. This meeting can be set at a time that is convenient for you.

Pay starts at $20/hr. Raises will be given over time based on performance and attendance.

Responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to:

• Communicating with the facility contact weekly
• Performing a walkthrough at the end of each weekend shift to make sure all tasks have been completed.
• Perform cleaning tasks- clean restrooms and common areas. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floods. Dust and wipe down surfaces. Empty trash and replace liners as needed. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Follow established cleaning procedures. Use floor care equipment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
