Position Description:
The Team Director markets membership in SalesTeam through networking and sales efforts on a full or part time basis. Target prospects in the US who are looking to affordably improve sales results for themselves or their sales staffs.
Prospective members include:
- business owners
- sales managers
- sales professionals
- sales departments
Additionally, the Team Director facilitates virtual and in-person SalesTeam sessions.
Position requirements:
- Succesful Team Scout experience
- Enthusiasm about SalesTeam
- 2 years or more of sales experience
- Ability to use inside and outside sales techniques to recruit team members
- Ability to independently organize and execute sales calendar
- 5 years or more of sales management experience
- Ability to facilitate team training
- Ability to maintain encouraging optimism
- Complete required sales training course
- Complete facilitator certification
