Cor-Vanama Solutions/Consumer Directions Inc. provides the payroll and administrative support to individuals and families who are choosing to direct their own care services. Our goal is to help keep our clients in their home with the paid assistance of their family and friends.

We are looking for an individual who has supervisory experience, is proficient, a self-motivator, a creative thinker, has excellent customer service skills, and who will come alongside their staff to coach, develop, encourage, and motivate their team.

Core Responsibilities:

The position will be assigned, and not limited to, the following duties:

• Provide professional, day to day, on the floor coaching and support for a team of up to 8 members
• Oversee team operations to ensure all deadlines are met
• Ensure excellent customer service in all interactions
• Provide and encourage personal and professional growth of team members
• Work together and problem solve on individual situations
• Monitor team caseloads and coverage needs
• Collaborate with management team
• Provide and participate in team building activities

Ideal candidate should possess:

• Supervisory experience
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Passion for developing people
• Compassion for our families and staff
• Familiarity of Microsoft programs
• Accounting experience is beneficial
• Proficiency in computer and phone knowledge
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team, think outside the box and problem-solve
• Ability to adapt in an ever-changing, cooperative environment with a willingness to learn
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
