As a Team Captain you will...

• Manage team of up to 8 operators
• Learn and perform duties on specific production lines
• Ensure production adherence to production schedule
• Assist in line change overs
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards including PPE and Gowning procedures
• Ensure strict adherence to quality/GMP standards
• Escalate quality issues/deviations immediately and support follow up investigation, root cause and CAPA
• Drive for Right First-Time performance on batch documentation
• Be responsible for asset OEE and waste performance and help the team meet OEE targets
• Ensure individual training is complete and up to date
• Support trials and intervention activities during shift on designated asset
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of SAP and Quality Systems preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
• A openness to change and ability to think out of the box
• Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment
• Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• An ability to plan, prioritize and organize work and resources appropriate to requirements
• Experience of working as part of a multifunctional team, ability to network & build effective working relationships with people within the organization at all levels
