Salary```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom management, providing care and guidance to children, and implementing educational activities. ```Responsibilities``` - Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans - Provide individualized attention and support to students - Create a safe and inclusive learning environment - Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies - Supervise children during activities, both indoors and outdoors - Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom ```Requirements``` - Experience or education in early childhood education or related field - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment - First aid certification is preferred - Previous experience in preschool, nannying, or caregiving is a plus If you are passionate about working with children, have a strong understanding of early childhood education, and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
