White Columns Rehabilitation Services, LLC is a small Vocational Rehabilitation business in Kingston, GA. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to to employ teachers, retired teachers or learning specialists to teach low to high functioning high school youths how to gain employment after completing high school and how to maneuver the employment process.

Job Title: Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Deliver instruction to students using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning and development.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline.
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations.
- Experience working with students with developmental disabilities a plus.
- Familiarity with technology tools and resources for instructional purposes.
