PLUS, eligible employees will be paid a $500 bonus paid in June Benefits include: a comprehensive benefit plan, Montana State retirement plan (TRS), overtime eligible, PLUS 8-days holiday pay, 15-days paid vacation, 12-days sick leave and 2 personal days to start. Our job responsibilities include:Assists the teacher with classroom tasks and management, such as correcting, tutoring, clerical work, or supervising students.Communicates and establishes positive relationships with parents, staff, public and especially our amazing students.Recognizes and responds to student's personal, educational, and/or social needs.Becomes familiar with teacher expectations of students and facilitates desirable individual and group behavior and performance.Organizes, directs, observes and maintains orderly and safe playground activities.Reports any unusual circumstances, unauthorized visitors, unsafe conditions or students who misbehave or violate playground rules.Takes appropriate action in the event of a school emergency.Assists in the orientation of substitute aides.Coordinates with the Teacher to provide extra support and tutoring to individual students as needed.Assists with classroom management to maintain an orderly learning environment.
