Administrative Assistant/Early Childhood Educator
Duties:
- Greet and welcome students in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with class planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying
- Maintain worksheet inventory and place orders when necessary
- Lesson prepping and recording
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Skills:
- Early childhood teacher/ admin experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills, quick learner
- Time-wise, multitasking ability, and efficiency are a must.
- Ability to plan and organize effectively before class
- Long-term employment seekers preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong file management skills
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
