Plan a program of study that meets individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students and create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Requirements as set by the State of New Hampshire Certification Authorities and Board of School Committee regulations.
- State of New Hampshire Certification in Military Science required.
- Preference given to instructors with experience in Drill, NJUMS, CPS, and/or Marksmanship Training.

Terms of Employment:
- Specified Length/Hours of Position: This is an affiliated (MEA) position under the Teacher Association negotiated contract, following the school calendar with additional workshop days.
