Your role will involve researching and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and performing key technical accounting tasks. You will also provide oversight to our Building Bonds and LTFM projects.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership:- Aligning your work with the mission and core values of our organization.- Developing and communicating a shared vision for your area of responsibility.- Planning and executing continuous improvement processes.- Ensuring compliance with financial legal requirements.2. Performance Leadership:- Developing the capacity of your staff or team members.- Recommending and coordinating the hiring of new team members.- Providing supervision and feedback to your direct reports.- Leading and delegating tasks appropriately.- Coordinating the accounting for building bonds and LTFM projects.3. Management Skills:- Effectively managing department resources.- Verifying the correctness of accounting period transactions.- Summarizing the current financial status.- Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents.- Providing general accounting support.- Assisting with budgeting processes and project management.- Assisting in the preparation for the annual audit.- Ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.4. Interpersonal Skills:- Communicating clearly and effectively.- Researching and interpreting accounting policies and procedures.- Encouraging open communication and resolving conflicts.- Demonstrating cultural responsiveness.5.
