Tea Member / Barista

Tea Members! We are looking for a friendly, quick learner, organized, team player to manage, prepare and serve cold beverages, including various types of tea.

⭐️This location is in Idaho Falls across from Sushi Time in the KingWood Plaza.

• OneZo offers a variety of unique handcrafted drinks that range from milk teas, brewed teas, smoothies, matchas and more! The use of high-quality ingredients, organic fruit, and in-house purees work together to create a fun spin on the traditional drink.
• We differentiate ourselves with fresh ingredients, great-tasting unique drinks, clean & cozy surroundings, and fast friendly service. Our Boba is made from scratch every day with the freshest ingredients all the way from Taiwan!

In this role, you should:

• Quick learner on Bubble tea recipes
• Courteous, professional and friendly customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn how to brew tea and mix drinks in 10 days
• Ability to work well with teammates and supervisor.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Tea Members should have outstanding people skills, love interacting with customers.

Be a team player and support other Tea Members:

• Taking orders, make tea, and other drinks to customer specifications.
• Operate cash registers/POS systems and credit card machines.
• Cook boba and other toppings, brew tea, replenish supplies.
• Clean tea machineries, front work stations and back preparation areas during a normal shift.
• Ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.

Qualifications:

• Age 18 y.o +
• This position is not a seasonal job, we are looking for people who can commit for at least 1 year.
• All Tea Members will be trained on how to properly make all the drinks so don't worry if you don't have any prior experiences in tea making!
• Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
• Friendly with a good personality
• Be a team player who works well with others
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask
• Able to handle constructive criticism
• Neat appearance and good hygiene
• Must have reliable transportation

Tea Member responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Adhering to all store policies and procedures.
• Making quality beverages
• Brew tea, cook boba, cut fruits, prep items ...etc.
• Take the cash register orders
• Cleaning and stocking the store
• Make and prep items in a timely manner
• Tea Members must do all of these tasks quickly and efficiently while also making sure to form good customer relationships.
• Maintain store overall cleanliness at all times
• Assist in restocking ingredients
• Assist in inventory control
• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation workstations.
• Follow all food health and safety requirements.
• Closing shift: Clean/sanitize customer areas, back of house (kitchen), and restroom
