Taxi Driver

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a taxi or van to transport passengers to their destinations
- Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with their needs
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Collect fares and handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep records of mileage, fuel, and passenger information
- Follow dispatch instructions and communicate effectively with dispatchers

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Excellent knowledge of local streets, routes, and landmarks
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult or demanding passengers in a professional manner
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Note: Previous experience as a Taxi Driver, van driver, paratransit driver, delivery driver, or bus driver is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
