Your responsibilities
- Take care of clients with incoming calls to facilitate tax questions and set appointments
- Manually fashion completed transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies
- Administer other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
- Ensure client information is up to date/documents
- Factor in precise data into Tax software application
- Calculate and invoice for form preparation fees- Strong communication and social skills
- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
- Administrative Assistance experience
- Tax Preparer experience
- Tax Preparation experience
- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
- Competent with spreadsheets and databases
- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
