We are looking for a seasoned, experienced Senior Tax Manager who will be responsible for managing and mentoring; planning and compliance; and supporting clients with expert tax advice in international tax matters and complex tax issues.

• International Tax Matters

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and communication with clients, client personnel, and others to obtain information essential to delivering tax services
• Tax work includes the preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership returns in various industries. Complex assignments will involve the manager’s hands-on involvement in preparing advanced-level returns.
• Management of the preparation of income tax projections that involve multiple scenarios and analyses.
• Research projects that require advanced skills and a high degree of professional judgment as to options and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Tax/Accounting experience.
• CPA/EA license
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Public accounting experience.
• Proven engagement and staff management skills.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
