Job Details

• Organize, oversee, evaluate, and finalize projects and outcomes
• Manage both Junior and Senior Team Associates, assess their development, offer constructive critique, and oversee ongoing professional

development for staff

• Establish proficiency in designated domains, ensuring a robust understanding of all available resources and tools to address intricate challenges and

identify pertinent solutions

• Cultivate new client connections and relationships that are advantageous to the company
• Support relevant administrative functions of the firm, including managing and assigning projects as instructed by partners
• Identify and seize opportunities to offer additional services to current clients
• Be acknowledged as the primary contact for a particular area of expertise
• Engage in and contribute to key decisions regarding policies and workflow processes
• Manage projects and personnel, balancing workloads and collaborating with other managers to ensure successful, accurate, and efficient

completion of all undertakings on time

• Orchestrate the comprehensive scheduling, strategizing, and implementation stages of engagements, ensuring adherence to timelines
• Uphold lucrative realization rates and formulate budgets
• Support partners in addressing billing inquiries and scenarios
• Examine work documents and audits to verify adherence to company policies and professional guidelines
• Handle risk and guarantee the implementation of quality assurance procedures
• Act as a representative of the company by speaking on areas of expertise at external events and internal CPE sessions
• Conduct performance assessments in a constructive and timely manner, providing continuous performance insights to staff
• Fulfill mandatory annual CPE and verify that all direct reports also comply with pertinent CPE requirements
