In terms of working arrangements, they provide flexibility that suits your needs. Whether you prefer to work onsite every day or come in three times a month, they'll accommodate your needs. However, they're still huge champions of maintaining their culture, so living locally enough to Deerfield to commute into the office when needed for training, socials, and supporting a team is a must if you're a manager.
