Responsibilities

Oversee a team of accountants, ensuring the completion of tax work and the satisfaction of client needs.

Maintain and nurture a portfolio of client relationships, addressing inquiries, conducting tax planning meetings throughout the year, and assisting with various accounting and advisory requirements.

Handle the preparation of complex tax returns.

Conduct thorough reviews of tax returns prepared by junior and senior associates.

Develop tax plan documents and utilize tax planning software to identify optimal tax strategies.

Consistently provide clients with well-crafted tax plans throughout the year.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Certified Public Accountant or EA
• 5 years of relevant tax experience
• A servant’s heart and positive attitude for helping business owners understand the tax side of their businesses
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• The desire to work with an outstanding team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
