Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or progress towards CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is advantageous.
- Internship or work experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to accurately manage financial data.
- Attention to detail and precision in the execution of tasks.
- Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ethical judgment and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
