About the Role:
As a Tax Administrator, you will be joining our team to assist with tax administrative notices and to manage all communications with various state tax authorities. You will be in charge of maintaining the records system for all types of US State tax accounts (income, franchise, sales, use etc) including keeping the log-in information system up to date. You will be in charge of all the administrative tasks related to maintaining Convatec Tax work papers filing system in SharePoint, managing all tax documentation records, as well as tax calendar coordination. At provision and tax return time you will manage some of the requests from the tax team to the broader finance team, as well as roll forwards of files and tax packages.
Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist and maintain state and Federal Power of Attorney (POA) documentation.
• Maintenance of tax filing system in SharePoint (tax returns, work papers, project documents).
• Maintain correspondence with the state tax authorities, review notices, update state notice tracking system; call the Tax authorities over the phone to investigate the notices.
• Maintenance of all log-in information for state tax portals.
• Roll over tax packages for provision and tax returns and request data files from finance team and incorporate into the tax packages.
• Coordinate estimated payments for direct taxes and update schedules.
• Maintain state due dates calendar.
• Coordinate with the accounting fixed assets department to ensure the tax FAS software is updated accordingly and obtain fixed assets reports.
• Complete all tasks accurately and on time.

Qualifications/Education

• Bachelor's degree (paralegal degree preferred).
• Industry memberships / Professional Registrations.

• Memphis, TN.
• Oklahoma City, OK.
