Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide details on menu items using suggestive selling techniques.
- Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines.
- Participate in set-up, opening, closing and cleaning procedures and work with inventory.
- Handled POS, cash and credit sales, complete paperwork and maintain bank.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
- Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and team members.
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request ID and adhere to all alcohol policies and procedures.
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, reaching and grasping.
- Exposure to chemicals used to clean and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
