Threat Tec is actively seeking a Senior Level i2EC Analyst to join our dynamic team and fulfill a dual-role capacity at HQ USSOCOM. The chosen candidate will not only demonstrate extensive experience in all-source analysis with an emphasis on military analytical tools but will also be designated as the Task Lead. In this capacity, they will serve as Threat Tec's on-site representative and liaison, becoming the primary point of interface with Contractor personnel, the Government Technical Representative, and the Contracting Officers’ Representative (COR). A profound understanding of SOF i2 operations, intelligence, and interagency processes is vital. The role of the Task Lead is not a separate obligation but is integrated into the Senior Level position's responsibilities. The Task Lead will be entrusted with monitoring personnel workload, addressing performance concerns, promptly informing the COR of any vacancies, and taking necessary action to resolve issues and ensure that open positions are promptly filled with individuals fully qualified in line with the SDS.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets, drawing meaningful conclusions for strategic and operational decisions.
• Collaborate closely with inter-agency counterparts, ensuring streamlined operations and consistent intelligence sharing.
• Develop comprehensive reports and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on latest technological advancements and methodologies in intelligence analysis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years all-source analysis experience, with proficiency in military analytical tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SOF i2 operations, intelligence, and interagency processes and procedures.
• 6-months of experience in collecting, reviewing, analyzing, exploiting, fusing, authoring, and disseminating digital multimedia and hardcopy products.
• 6-months of hands-on experience in preparing Biometrics Enabled Intelligence (BEI), Forensic Enable Intelligence (FEI), & DOMEX Enabled Intelligence (DEI).
• At least 3-months experience using tools such as:
  • Special Operations Forces Exploitation architecture (SOFEX)
  • SOF i2 case management (analysis of DOMEX, CELLEX collections)
  • Biometrics Identity Intelligence Resource (Bi2R)
  • Biometrics Identification Analysis Report (BIAR)
  • Biometrics Enabled Watch List (BEWL)
  • SOF products disseminated to Global SOF forces.
• Must be eligible for Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
