• Oversee operations and ensure the successful management of multiple stayAPT Suites properties in various locations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to property managers and staff, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct regular property inspections and audits to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with corporate team members to develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and training programs for property management staff.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or related field
