Zachry is seeking a Scheduler
- Responsible for input of the schedule for the project.
- Exhibit understanding of logical networks and their manual calculations such as free float, total float, constraints, early start, late start, backward pass, forward pass, relationship types
- Exhibit understanding of Project Reporting , including productivity, percent complete, remaining duration and critical path
- Analyze schedule for inefficiencies and correct them.
- Establish a baseline schedule and compare progress against it.
- Identify resource requirements from the schedule and communicate them to JV project management
- Provide daily support in collecting and inputting work status including percent complete, resource percent utilized, estimated remaining durations, change to work sequences, and/or changes to work scope.
- Originate change order tracking and input additional work into the schedule
- Communicate with site Lead Scheduler
- Communicate with site Superintendent and/or Project Manager
- Work with client reps., foreman, GF's to obtain job specific information
- Must be able to successfully search for archived documentation
- Works closely with Planner / Scheduler to integrate project work scope into detailed, resource loaded turnaround schedules.
- Participates in developing work breakdown structure
- Responsible for developing integrated CPM schedule which shows the sequence of events compatible with work breakdown structure
- Coordinates schedule input from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the integrated schedule
- Prepares short-term look ahead schedules and leads the update in routine progress meetings
- Monitors and forecasts progress of activities in schedules by assessing or measuring physical progress in engineering and field construction. Highlight problem areas and recommend remedial actions
- Evaluates allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress
