- Total compensation package: $55k
- Base $43 - $48k
- Performance bonuses tied to store performance and sales: $10k
- Total hiring bonus $2000 ($500 after 1 month, 1500 after 3 months)
- 5 days of training of training and onboarding in our Manhattan (NYC) Headquarters
- 10 days of paid vacation - accrued immediately
- Opportunities for short or long term assignments in other states / cities
- 4-6 years of hospitality experience: food prep + front of house
- 2+ years leadership experience in hospitality, where you were directly responsible for:
- scheduling & inventory management
- increasing store performance (sales)
- building a high performing team
- You are familiar with Human Resources processes
- You are familiar with food safety processes and you are MN certified.
- You have a strong work ethic & aspiration
- Importantly! You have a sense of humor, love smiling and laughing.
- You project energy and enthusiasm. You inspires others & lifts others UP.
