Job description

Reports to the Recruiting Manager of the Corporate Human Resources Department. The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for finding and activating passive candidates while creating a talent pipeline by developing and executing sourcing strategies that align to recruitment needs. This position demands a balance of creativity along with interpersonal savvy and basic analytics. Maintains and creates content for Beacon's digital properties: including web, intranet, social media, and ensures content is optimized for search. Develops, implements, tracks and optimizes digital recruitment advertising campaigns, including search, display, social, email and others. Assists with Beacon's Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) efforts, including integrating CRM with current digital recruiting marketing efforts. Measures, analyzes, and tracks effectiveness of digital recruiting marketing campaigns.

Develops and executes sourcing initiatives by:
* Working collaboratively with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop a thorough understanding of present and future hiring needs.
* Utilizing data obtained at quarterly rounding meetings to develop value-based and results-driven recruitment strategies.
* Providing weekly recruiting summaries to Recruiting Manager and Hiring Leaders ensuring effective communication regarding all aspects of talent acquisition operations.
* Keeping Hiring Leaders informed of sensitive and critical recruitment needs/issues.
* Tracking and analyzing data gathered from recruitment efforts to assist in future strategic workforce planning.
* Partnering with leadership team to optimize processes and continuously improve candidate experience throughout hiring life cycle.
* Serving as brand ambassador in the marketplace by supporting and championing company's HR recruitment branding strategy to effectively attract top talent by building awareness and promoting localized recruiting efforts through events and social media channels.
* Leverage progressive sourcing tools and strategies including networking, social media, and candidate databases to support recruitment for organization.
* Schedule and coordinate hiring events and career fairs for the Talent Acquisition Team.
* Attend hiring events and career fairs with Talent Acquisition Partner to create applicant connections.
* Develop sourcing strategies with Talent Acquisition Partner to achieve the organization�s hiring goals.
* Generate specific candidate pool for career opportunities through multiple sourcing platforms.
* Screen candidate resumes and application prior to forwarding to the hiring manager.
Candidate Pipeline Growth and Management by:
* Possessing a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and legalities surrounding Federal and State employment law.
* Utilizing and maintaining applicant tracking system to ensure effective communication regarding all aspects of the application, interview and hiring process with candidates and Hiring Managers.
* Serving as a consultative partner, advocate, and coach to Hiring Managers during the candidate vetting process by providing ongoing feedback and education.
* Developing and managing a robust pipeline of potential candidates utilizing passive search techniques, proactive market analysis, data insights, and ongoing relationship management.
* Follow up with notable applicants through phone, email and messaging.
* Collaborate with community partners regarding workforce development initiatives.
CRM, Analytics, and Digital Recruitment Marketing:
* Assist in the development, integration and execution of a Recruitment Marketing CRM platform to support Beacon's recruiting process and strategy.
* Assist with the monitoring and evolution of Beacon's digital targeted recruitment marketing and advertising efforts, including search engine marketing and other forms of online advertising.
* Measure, analyze, and report on digital recruitment marketing efforts.
* Keep abreast of trends and best practices in digital, email and mobile marketing.
* Share industry innovations and best practices to build intelligence in sourcing and recruitment marketing.
* Assist with training to education of associates on using and maintaining any sourcing tools like Beacon digital properties such as web pages and social media accounts.
* Manage & update Careers Facebook page, manage Careers Website.
* Manage company Indeed and Glassdoor pages; posting company updates, responding to current/former associate reviews ensuring that the pages are up-to-date with Beacon�s information.
* Create content for email and social media recruitment marketing campaigns.
Performs other functions to maintain personal competence and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department by:
* Participating in departmental project work focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive the Talent Acquisition operation function forward.
* Responsible for maintaining knowledge of changing industry trends through the completion of continuing education.
ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Associate complies with the following organizational requirements:
* Attends and participates in department meetings and is accountable for all information shared.
* Completes mandatory education, annual competencies and department specific education within established timeframes.
* Completes annual employee health requirements within established timeframes.
* Maintains license/certification, registration in good standing throughout fiscal year.
* Direct patient care providers are required to maintain current BCLS (CPR) and other certifications as required by position/department.
* Consistently utilizes appropriate universal precautions, protective equipment, and ergonomic techniques to protect patient and self.
* Adheres to regulatory agency requirements, survey process and compliance.
* Complies with established organization and department policies.
* Available to work overtime in addition to working additional or other shifts and schedules when required.
