This position is responsible for fulfillment of corporate partners internship requests as communicated by the Strategic Accounts/Business Development Team. This includes identifying and screening talent from our qualified candidate pool, ensuring resumes meet standards for current placement needs, and preparing/coaching candidates for corporate interviews and during the offer process for hand off to Programs Managers. This position will also support national recruiting activities and initiatives and other related responsibilities.
Requirements:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
- Lead fulfillment by supporting Talent Acquisitions in identifying and preparing “Match Eligible” candidates for open internship opportunities.
- Work with National Director, Talent Management & Operations/STEM to ensure fulfillment of all enterprise partner talent requests.
- Work with National Director, Regional Director(s), SAM/BD & University Relations Managers in developing and executing recruiting plan to support fulfillment trends.
- Assist National Director with data analysis and interpretation to determine appropriate placement of candidates for fulfillment of internship opportunities.
- Routinely track status of candidates matched and report placement activity to appropriate parties.
- Maintain consistent contact with prospective candidates.
- Develop effective partnerships with professional and community groups.
- Provide training, as needed on resume and fit management best practices.
- Work within established budget.
- Maintain current data in organization’s database system, Sugar CRM (iCRM), of institutional and community contacts.
- Expand knowledge base within assigned clients to more effectively coach candidates and to increase the quality of the service delivered to corporate clients (knowledge of the culture, work environment, profile of successful employee, competitive landscape, business planning process, etc.)
- On an as needed basis; assist candidates with CPS, submission of documents, creation of videos, mock interviews, support in facilitating recruitment orientations, implementation of sourcing strategies including internet recruiting, referral generation, ad placement, posting positions, cold calling/networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates.
- Other duties as assigned and directed by the National Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience with 3 years recruiting experience in an educational setting, corporate, or non-profit environment.
- Strong public speaking experience to individuals at all levels.
- Project management experience.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include some evenings and weekends ~30% of the time.
- Minimum 65% travel required during the recruitment blitz season (August – March).
- Valid driver’s license and insurance required.
- Must occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Computer literate – proficient in Microsoft Office® especially MS-Word and Excel.
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Individual must be goal-oriented and able to confidently drive recruiting activities towards desired results.
Other Key Skills/Knowledge
- Prior work experience involving college and high school students preferred.
- Previous work experience with underrepresented groups preferred.
- Excellent marketing and customer relations skills

$44,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually commensurate with education and experience
