Talent Manager

Janicki Industries is an innovative, family-owned aerospace company located at the foot of the Cascades. We focus on engineering and manufacturing complex projects for companies in the aerospace, defense, and space industries. We are looking for a Talent Manager to join our growing team.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Talent Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and retaining high-performing employees within the organization. The role involves developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with the organization's business goals and objectives. The Talent Manager will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to provide training, coaching, and career development opportunities that enable employees to reach their full potential.
The following essential job functions are performed as a Talent Manager:

• Understand the business and is closely aligned with the business leaders.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the organization's business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with various teams to identify and address talent management needs
• Assist teams with resourcing projects/work based on knowledge of business needs and individual skill sets
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs
• Provide coaching and career development opportunities to employees
• Identify high-performing employees and develop retention strategies
• Develop and implement talent review and succession planning strategies
• Partner with the HR team and business on the annual performance review process
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management
• Measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
• Must be capable of maintaining high level of confidentiality.
• Must be at work on time and maintain good attendance. This is a condition of employment and is an essential function of the job.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience as a Talent Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $130,000, plus discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts. The range provided is Janicki's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities
