Job description

TheTalent & Leadership Development Administrator provides administrative and logistical support for Marvin’s HR Talent & Leadership Development programs. This includes coordination for programs in talent management, Leadership Development, coaching, and learning and development. The T&LD Administrator will collaborate with all areas of the Talent & Leadership Development team to schedule programs, enroll participants, send communications, and monitor participant status. They will also play a key role in gathering feedback and tracking/reporting on key measures.

Note: This role is to be in Warroad, MN with a hybrid schedule.

Highlights of your role

  • Configure and maintain programs and class schedule on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Support and manage LinkedIn Learning Career Development Paths on LMS
  • Manage and support program logistics including program sessions, participant enrollment, monitoring assignments and following up with participants
  • Send communications to learners (invitations, pre-work, post-work, program evaluations, etc.)
  • Monitor Learn @ Marvin email inbox
  • Manage learner requests, changes, & enrollments
  • Maintain licenses for vendor partnerships
  • Assist with UKG Talent Management administration
  • Tracking and reporting for various programs including program evaluations
  • Partner with People Analytics team on T&LD impact measurements
  • Provide administrative support for internal 360 feedback tool

 

You're a good fit if you have

  • 2 years’ experience with LMS/HRIS administration or other database management
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with Power BI, UKG, or LMS 365 preferred
