ABOUT YOU
You are a systems thinker with a mix of technical and functional iCIMS skills. You have a business-driven process approach to problem solving.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Maintain data integrity and be the point of contact for troubleshooting and escalating iCIMS system issues
- Serve as the iCIMS technical specialist for our recruiters and recruitment marketers
- System configuration and administration including process/workflow analysis
- Create, configure, edit process flows and features to improve the quality and efficiency of our recruiters
- Report creation and distribution
- Create and maintain forms and templates
- Technical systems advisor for all recruiting-related solutions (iCIMS Career Site, iCIMS Text to Apply, iCIMS Job Advertising, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Help train existing and new Recruiters in iCIMS
- Identify, understand, and communicate all iCIMS updates, events, problems, and solutions to Recruiters
- Assist with responding to Help Desk tickets
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 2+ years iCIMS Admin experience
- iCIMS Admin Certification(s)
- 2+ years deep understanding of recruitment stages and workflow from talent attraction to onboarding
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical topics
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and give recommendations for how to improve
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and credibility, and act with complete integrity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Critical thinker with high attention to detail
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Information Technology, or related field preferred
