Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full cycle sourcing and recruitment. Proactively sources passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the organization's staffing requirements; gaining a clear understanding of the roles to be filled. The Talent Acquisition Partner is an integral partner working directly with management and HR leadership to plan and execute activities that further the mission, vision and values of Infinite Campus. Must be legally authorized to work within country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B) now and/or in the future.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build talent pipelines; proactively source passive and active candidates, screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Full-cycle recruitment; interview, candidate liaison, management consultation, negotiation and offer management
  • Process new hire set-up and maintain relationship up to onboarding
  • Manage social media venues; ensure IC stays abreast with latest recruitment trends
  • Partner with HR Generalist; attend college and university job fairs; track and analyze student count and hire ratios to determine impact and benefit
  • Partner with direct manager and head of people operations; monitor and ensure recruitment workflow efficiencies. Recommend and address process gaps when/if issues are identified
  • Other related duties as assigned

Desired Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is desired, or comparable combination of education and/or experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years previous full lifecycle recruitment preferably in tech environment
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities; meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to clearly communicate information and ideas with excellent listening skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws
  • Ability to interact with people in a manner that displays tact, professionalism and commitment to Infinite Campus objectives.
  • Software skills desired - MS Office suite, Outlook, ATS and HRIS logic.

Position must adhere to the practices and procedures outlined in the master security guidelines.
