THE ROLE: 

NextGen America is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People Operations team. You will be responsible for supervising the recruiting team and will lead the recruitment process for assigned roles from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, arranging interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you understand HR best practices and bring innovative ideas, which are essential for creating a dynamic and efficient hiring process. This role will report to the Deputy Director of People Operations. 


This is a fully remote position with no location requirement. We encourage candidates from all locations within the United States to apply.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE:

  • Supervise a team of  Talent Acquisition Associates, including managing the tracking of recruiting metrics and reporting on performance and progress to the larger People Operations team.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations management team to update current and design new recruiting procedures.
  • Troubleshoot recruiting and sourcing challenges and implement new sourcing strategies as needed.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and how it fits into the organization.
  • Lead sourcing strategies in addition to sourcing candidates and responding to candidate inquiries as needed.
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition (TA) team’s oversight in maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems.
  • Ensure the TA team provides timely updates to candidates on their application status.
  • Performing and delegation of pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
  • Overseeing interview coordination for the TA team including coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and regulations.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Other administrative duties related to day-to-day operations as needed


ABOUT YOU:

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in full cycle recruiting. Remote and/or nation-wide recruiting is a plus!
  • You have 3+ years’ experience managing a team of Recruiters. 
  • Experience with Google Calendar/Google Meets for calendar management and interview arrangements.
  • Extremely detail oriented with the ability to follow in-depth processes and procedures, maintaining a priority of cohesion across team members
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms. BambooHR recruiting software is a plus!
  • Interest in innovation with a solutions-oriented mindset; willingness to adapt to change.
  • Very well organized; excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and effectively share information cross departmentally; works well in a fast‐paced environment and is able to multi‐task without sacrificing quality of work.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a highly collaborative distributed workforce setting


SALARY INFORMATION:

The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $85,000. The final base salary will be determined by various factors, including individual qualifications and internal parity, which will be objectively assessed during the interview process.
