Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Executing promotional campaigns to produce slates of candidates for consideration by the assigned Consultant and, ultimately, the firm's clients, using a variety of methodologies: cold calling,emailing,and communicating through professional and Internet/social networks (i.e., LinkedIn and other tools).
- Conducting primary research, as necessary, to determine the best sources of qualified candidates for each assigned project.
- Creating and maintaining project-specific proprietary databases through existing contacts, directories, and/or online resources (membership lists, attendee lists, association lists, etc.).
- Accurately and consistently documenting all solicitation activities via effective use of EFL Associates' database/applicant tracking system.
- Reviewing resumes and other candidate information to determine if individuals meet position requirements and client specifications that warrant initial phone screens.
- Conducting and documenting preliminary phone screens, discerning a match of qualifications for each search project, and presenting preliminary candidate assessments to the Consultant for acceptance/approval and further action.
- Preparing and submitting all types of project documentation and communication, i.e. candidate communication, source letters, templates, Web ads, mailing lists, and solicitation scripts.
- Researching and assembling data for the preparation of candidate and project timeline reports for clients.
- Assisting with the coordination of candidate/consultant/client interview logistics in concert with EFL Associates administrative staff.
- Keeping candidates apprised of the search process.
- Conducting and documenting professional reference interviews and initiating background investigation checks related to finalist candidates via interaction with third-party vendors.
- Preparing documentation of all necessary internal communications following the completion of each project and updating the proprietary database.
- Providing assistance to the Producing Consultant, when requested, to schedule appointments related to business development activities (i.e., sales calls).
- Performing additional responsibilities, as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
