TheTalent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for working closely with candidates, internal/external recruiters, and other Talent Acquisition and human resources professionals in support of the business' hiring needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate the background/drug screen through the provided vendor Making daily contact with the candidate, keeping them updated on next steps.
- Checking FA to make sure backgrounds are moving forward and ensuring the candidate has completed screens within 48 hours.
- Providing updates to the markets, hiring managers, and POC's to inform them of any delays or issues that may cause a delay in start date.
- Launch onboarding and working seamlessly to ensure the candidate at this stage completes all onboarding tasks timely through the ATS within timeframe assigned.
- Send communication to Managers, POC's to keep them updated of onboarding status. Provide details of IT communication: Email, access, asset delivery time.
- Provides overall administrative support to the employment/recruitment area, including maintaining, processing documentation and records.
- Maintain weekly spreadsheets of candidates onboarded to include candidate flow time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Skills and Experience MS Office experience is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize a high requisition load in a fast-paced work environment
- Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities Works primarily in an office environment
