Farmers Insurance Team North Star (District 44 Nicholas Jordan) is looking for an Insurance Agency Owner to join our growing team!

Our District Office is in Edina, MN and our team supports 40 agents throughout Minnesota--We would like for you to join us! We are Team North Star and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance (Among many other product lines) to help protect our clients and their assets. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, then this could be the career for you. This opportunity gives a new owner a solid book of current Farmers Insurance clients and the ability to increase revenue through new business sales and bonuses. Monthly revenue covers all overhead including rent, employees, marketing, etc. and gives the freedom and flexibility for a new agent to expand and grow the agency.

We are looking for individuals who want to take control of their life and financial future and eventually become An Agency owner with Farmers Insurance. We have seen people from all backgrounds do very well in this industry and a large portion of that is due to the training and assistance we provide. This agency has technology in place for the next owner to step in and continue the growth. The new owner of this agency will be able to spend time growing and working on the business, marketing to current clients and new prospects on day one. The new owner of this agency will start with a strong client base and the ability to sell new lines of business to existing clients. In addition, there is an existing database of qualified prospects to sell all lines of service too.

Requirements

College degree (Preferred but not required)

Sales and customer service experience

Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated and goal oriented

Strong organizational and time management skills

Desire to continually learn new products and services

Be willing to get your Property, Causality, Life and Health insurance license (or already have them)
