- Ensure all assigned restaurants are following proper opening, closing, food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as maintaining cleanliness and performing preventive maintenance
- Take responsibility for compliance with Pentex Restaurant Group (PRG) and Taco John’s International (TJI) brand standards
- Lead a culture of respect, positivity, fun, and supporting one another that is reflected in all restaurant leadership
- Strategically schedule visit cadences that ensure effective monthly financial, people, and development meetings
- Serve as the lead to establish vendor relationships as necessary, evaluating existing vendors for maximum profitability
- Partner with peer District Managers, Human Resource, Finance, Construction, and Training teams to work collaboratively at the speed of trust
- Lead the operational opening of new stores, relocations, and remodels
- Minimum of 5 years in a multi-unit leadership position required
- Previous experience opening new stores required, preferably in a franchise environment
- Previous QSR Drive Thru experience
- Highly effective in recruiting strategies and staffing stores in the current retail landscape
- Advanced understanding of QSR restaurant operations with all people and financial metrics
- Capable and experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams technology
- Passionate about working side by side with store teams in a hands-on way when supporting
- Belief in the power of a team and in teaching others how to achieve their potential
- Highly organized with a specialty in follow through and execution amidst change
- Ability to act strategically to balance schedule needs across multiple stores when challenges arise
- Expertise in time management and prioritization allowing for a quarterly planning process
- ServSafe certification required
