We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Table Games Dealer to join our Table Games team located at Riverwind Casino working 3rd shift.
Summary:
Deal casino Table Games as assigned in order to provide a courteous and entertaining experience for all guests and generate revenue for the department.

- Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
- Deals assigned Table Games including roulette, craps, blackjack and other card games
- Escalates problematic customer issues to the next level supervisor to provide a timely resolution to ensure maximum level of customer satisfaction
- Maintains security of games and monies by remaining at the assigned table and keeping visual contact with customers, game layout and chip rack at all times
- Provides instructions to guest when requested or as assigned in order to encourage gaming activity
- Coordinates with Casino Operations and Surveillance to detect and prevent attempts to cheat and to identify floor irregularities to ensure game integrity and protection
