As a Dealer:
  • Provides accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table game.
  • Follows game procedures when dealing Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and any other form or variation of Table Games.
  • Provides prompt, courteous and accurate dealing at assigned table(s).
  • Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position.
  • Performs accurate chip and cash transactions.
  • Receives wagers from customers and pays the appropriate game outcomes.
  • Maintains game security and protects company assets at all times.
  • Assists customers in understanding the rules and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

As a Supervisor:
    • Knowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and duties of the Table Games Department.
    • Oversees all gaming activity on assigned tables.
    • Monitors cash and chip transactions.
    • Corrects mistakes and settles disputes when necessary.
    • Verifies, by signature, all clerical transactions.
    • Issues approved credit.
    • Maintains bankroll at functional levels.
    • Assists customers with any problems or requests.
    • Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.
    • Any and all duties as assigned by your Director or a member of management.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Must be able to proficiently use Microsoft Word & Excel as well as various internet based applications to perform job responsibilities.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming Permit. Must be able to successfully complete ServSafe training certification course.
  • Previous casino supervisory experience preferred. Must have knowledge of casino games and operations with dealing experience and/or knowledge of all games supervised.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand or walk, and talk or hear. The team member is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
