Job description

The TA Specialist, Branding & Recruitment is responsible for executing the talent attraction and engagement strategy across all elements of employment branding, market engagement, and talent recruitment. Under the strategic direction of the Director, Employment Branding and Market Engagement, this individual will ensure TA establishes and maintains the necessary resources and partnerships to deliver expected diversity-related recruitment outcomes across all channels and platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with the Director, collaborates with Talent Acquisition to understand talent and diversity gaps across the enterprise and execute plans to close those gaps.

  • Partners with ERGs to identify opportunities to leverage resources and existing initiatives that can drive stronger engagement with internal and external stakeholders and raise employment brand awareness with prospective talent.

  • Advises stakeholders on creative design and content distribution to ensure campaigns and collateral strengthen connectivity with desired communities.

  • Measures the effectiveness of diversity initiatives across both Talent Acquisition and our external partners (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, The Muse and other social media outlets). Holds partners accountable for ROI and expected results.

  • Identifies new engagement opportunities with existing Branding and diversity partners and evaluates ROI. Makes recommendations on new partnerships and solutions.

  • Accompanies recruiters as needed to live career events to share and demonstrate our commitment to hiring diverse talent.

  • Recommends and supports efforts to ensure appropriate professional and diversity representation on content production activities (i.e., video shoots).

  • Reviews monthly diversity metrics and ensures TA remains on track to deliver talent necessary to increase diversity representation, particularly within leadership levels (i.e., Director+).

  • Coordinates with Summer Internship and Early Career Development leads to ensure broad-based diversity representation within those programs.

  • Partners with HR Compliance and TA Tools & Technology to ensure recruiters are meeting AAP goals and are working in an OFCCP compliant manner. Brings findings or concerns to Director.

  • Partners with People Analytics to ensure all crucial and necessary diversity metrics are captured and analyzed in the TA Dashboard.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED or Associate's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum 2-3 years professional experience with some HR/TA-related experience.

  • Must have experience leading or being involved in diversity-related initiatives (e.g., HR COEs, TA, ERGs, corporate diversity, etc.)

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail. Comfortable with reports and dashboards.

  • Strong record of delivering results and executing project work.

  • Effective collaboration skills; can work across a matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Hybrid Work Schedule

  • Consists of reporting to our 100 Church Street, NYC office 3 days per week.

Hiring Range*:

  • Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $67,200 - $97,155

  • All Other Locations (within approved locations): $59,800 - $88,910

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
