Key Responsibilities
- Send recruiting emails and conduct introductory calls.
- Identify qualified candidates for various high-volume contract-based roles, including service technicians.
- Develop talent pipelines proactively for future hiring needs
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to portray the company and open positions in a positive light to potential candidates.
- Proven skills in effective time-management.
- Preferably, experience on a TA team
