- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and handle cash register operations
- Conduct sales transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Demonstrate knowledge of wireless products and services to effectively sell to customers
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stock and organize merchandise to maintain a visually appealing sales floor
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
```Experience```
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
- Knowledge of wireless products and services is a plus
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Strong selling skills with the ability to upsell and meet sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries and resolve complaints
