As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will partner with the Retail Store Manager to ensure all aspects and needs of the store are being met.
- Go All IN to support the store through development, training, mentoring, and driving behaviors that will lead to earning a place in our customers hearts and sales associate success.
- Complete observations of sales associate interactions with customers and provide feedback to be used in the development, training, and coaching of sales associates.
- Commitment to building relationships with customers, peers, and store leaders while learning and sharing ideas in providing the best T-Mobile service in the business.
- Interact directly with sales associates to ensure they meet and/or exceed defined monthly success measurements.
- Manage floor activity and supervise daily work of store employees including completing store opening and closing procedures and ensuring operational compliance.
- Assists with and participates in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
- Other duties as assigned per the needs of the business on a regular basis.
- A People Driven Leader to coach the team to meet both individual goals and store goals.
- A willingness to learn and grow in the role by helping the Retail Sales Manager with day-to-day takes such as scheduling, inventory, and customer service and sales.
- A leader with the ability to effectively multitask the needs of the store, employees, and customers.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
- Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to coach and mentor people to deliver great results.
- Outstanding communication skills.

- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to attend 2 weeks of paid training: Monday - Friday 10am to 6:30pm
