Seeking a broadly skilled Systems Requirements and Analysis Engineer with a skillset to perform development of requirements and trace analysis for missile, special test equipment (STE), software, IFS, and GNC. The position will include performing such tasks as subsystem level requirements decomposition and traceability, technical trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, and interfacing with subject matter experts and end users to develop requirements for hardware and software specifications.
Candidate should be knowledgeable in the application of DOORS, and comfortable with developing System Requirements Analysis and Functional/Physical Architecture products. Basic Qualifications: Candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform some combination of the following Requirements Definition assignments: requirements definition of achievable design characteristics for Missile, Special Test Equipment, software, IFS, and GNC. Synthesize design characteristics into an implementable system architecture. Flow system level requirements to testable structures and modular hardware and software using DOORS. Perform trade studies and requirement analyses. Perform detail system verification activities including definition of verification methodology. Define tolerances and timelines.
DOORS experience is a requirement for this position.
Cameo experience is an asset to this position.
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering Discipline
-Graduation date December 2023 or earlier
-Secret clearance investigated in the last 5 years
-DOORs experience
-Must be US Citizen

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $55,300 - $106,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
