Systems QA Coordinator

The Systems QA Coordinator will support the deal proposal development process by collaborating with all departments within the lifecycle of the setup. This role is responsible for new and modified deal setups to ensure accurate deal setups, auditing and analyzing test reports and coordinating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy. Collaboration with other departments is crucial to ensure the correct and timely setup of deals.

• Build relationships and collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and senior management.
• Review and analyze deal proposal setups to determine the proper testing required.
• Create test cases and perform testing for new and modified deals.
• Compare and analyze test results based on details provided by the business.
• Coordinate issues identified during testing with internal teams or external partners and collaborate with them until issues are resolved.
• Analyze test reports to validate results.
• Lead the development and participate in the day-to-day execution of business requirements and test plans.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure department processes, procedures and guidelines are kept up to date and accurate.
• Inter-departmental notifications and updates.
• Identify areas for improvement, actively participate in and support new processes that are introduced, providing valuable feedback to ensure the success of initiatives.
• Develop and produce key management reports to improve efficiencies, minimize risk and maintain compliance
• Review and store all testing documentation and correspondence in a designated location as instructed by company policy
• Special projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
