Must currently have a Federal Public Trust or Secret Clearance
Experienced OpenText Content Sever SME
10+ years of experience in Information Technology
7+ years of experience with OpenText Content Server (formerly Livelink ECM)
2+ years of experience with records management business process
Some experience in implementing Enterprise Records Management solutions for federal customers
Some experience with Federal Records act and NARA directive 1571 : Archival Storage Standards (strongly preferred)
Experience supporting the DoD (Dept of Defense)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical people
OpenText Certification (ECM Consultant, Content Server Developer, etc.) is strongly desired
Bachelors Degree
DUTIES:
Will serve as a Subject Matter expert and help client navigate and identify solutions for desired outcomes
Assist in planning and executing new implementations or upgrades to improve operational efficiency
Provide subject matter expertise on OpenText Content Server including Records Management, Cloud Hosting, OpenText Process Suite software, etc.
Provide technical expertise in automating, managing, and maintaining business processes
Manage IT projects providing technical documentation, reporting, resource estimates, problem resolution, and training
Develop OpenText Content Server workflow, SQL Reports, Test Plans, etc.
Provide support across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
