Key Job Elements
- Support multiple ERPs which includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Service, Warehousing, Quality, Sales and Invoicing.
- Business point of contact for IT/ERP
- Ensure data integrity, stability and availability of ERP system
- Lead training on specific modules related to the project as directed.
- Engage and interact with business users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Engage with users to test vendor solutions, patches and reports.
- Make recommendations of perceived solutions to potential problem areas and methods for improvement
- Administer training software to create documents and train users.
- Must be a team player.
Education / Training
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree in CIS, MIS or related Technology field preferred
- Minimum 5 years related ERP experience
- Expert knowledge of Infor LN needed
- Preferred experience with Systems Implementations projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
