Position Purpose:
The Software Engineer Intern or Co-Op will join our technology team and work directly with software developers to design, build, test, and maintain applications.
Essential Functions:
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to assist in design and development of web applications.
• Work toward continuous improvement in application performance and stability.
• Assist in discovering, evaluating, and implementing technologies in effort to maximize user experience and efficiency.
• Assist in performing testing to measure the quality of software; ensure the quality meets standards.
• Assist in Agile/Scrum development and application support.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and Training
• Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university required.
• Enrollment in a computer science or engineering program required.
• GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required.
Minimum Qualifications
• Familiarity with web and software design and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
