Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Intune - Sr. Systems Engineer!
The priority of the Intune - Sr Systems Engineer is on client account implementation. By applying deep technical skills, ensure successful rollout of client projects involving development and analysis of technology environment.
Responsibilities
• Participate in successful completion of project work including analysis, design, development,
documentation, and testing of client network operations.
• Perform quality assurance activities to ensure standardization of best practices.
• Serves as the technical expert for a group responsible for developing and implementation of
solutions and applications on M365 platform, and/or software configuration.
• Help lead the development of a new service offering around Microsoft Intune. With focus areas around: OS patch management and Endpoint encryption management.
• Automated device configuration (Autopilot/Intune)
• Intune endpoint security policies
• Endpoint security & hardening
• 3rd party app patching (Scappman/PatchMyPC)
• Reporting
• Help extend the platform via custom scripts and reporting • Help automate the configuration/management of new customer Intune environments leveraging Graph API, Lighthouse, and other tools.
• Support and manage customer Microsoft 365 environments; support and manage customer Azure
• AD Environment; provide support to manage advanced Microsoft 365 services including Mobile Device Management (Intune), identity management and data governance.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintenance of customer Intune Lead implementation and setup of Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) for administration, governance and developing a strategy for adopting and supporting Microsoft Power Platform.
• Lead the strategy on managing security/sensitivity labels, records retention policies Microsoft 365 suite of application and other products.
• Mentor junior staff and create a training plan on tools, technology and process and standards used for M365 application development, deployment and improving of performance.
• Support MS O365 customers and their multiple needs, provide solutions that meet their business needs.
• Monitor and respond to customer technical questions, regarding M365 application needs.
• Improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by finding opportunities to optimize existing
processes and tools.
• Delivers timely communications to IT staff and business customers regarding development activities, issues and support needs. • Keep improving and mentoring others on knowledge and focus on Microsoft 365 Suite future directions by evaluating new and alternative technologies. • Continuously delivers timely communications to IT staff and business customers regarding development activities, issues and support needs.
• Keep improving and mentoring others on knowledge and focus on Microsoft 365 Suite future directions by evaluating new and alternative technologies.
• Continuously monitor M365 Roadmap for GCC environment and help ETS management on future direction.
Qualifications
• High school or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field
• 5 years senior-level experience with related technologies (Microsoft/Office 365, Exchange and SharePoint development & administration).
• 2 years' experience leveraging Graph API
• 2 years' experience developing applications in Power Platform including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps.
• Industry certifications from Microsoft in the area of Azure AD, Azure Virtual Desktop,
Microsoft Endpoint Administration, Identity and Access Management, will be relevant and an
advantage to candidates.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated experience implementing IT projects.
• Strong computer analysis and diagnostic skills with the ability to implement quick and effective solutions to network problems.
• Proven dedication to enabling continuous operations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, conducive to team development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess valid and clear drivers' license.
