•Contribute to collaborative team efforts in generating meaningful biological hypotheses and defining biological signals for consumer-related goals
•Contribute to group efforts in data-driven interpretations, including data engineering, data enrichment, and domain-related visualization tasks
•Contribute to the development of data fusion pipelines to:
o Rapidly visualize data-driven results for iterable interpretations
o Provide support to advance capabilities and ensure data quality and usability
Proactively communicate to supervisor and key stakeholders of activities and status via technical documents, external publications and presentations
Minimum Qualifications
- MS in life sciences or related field (i.e., biotechnology, immunology, single cell analyses, genetics, bioinformatics, enzymology)
- 3 years' experience in mammalian biology or microbiology
- Demonstrated hands-on experience working with databases, online data repositories, or data-driven visualizations
- Proven track record and understanding of biological processes and molecular biology related to one or more areas such as immunology, cell life cycles, cellular stress, cancer, inflammation, metabolic disorders, neurodegeneration, and protein engineering
- Demonstrated ability to interact with databases and cloud-based resources (e.g., PostgreSQL/AWS)
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new tools for the integrative analysis and visualization of multi-dimensional genomics datasets
